Job Details: Job Location: Nowata, Osage, Rogers, Washington, & surrounding counties – Claremore, OK 74017. Position Type: Part Time. Responsible for assisting the elderly and/or disabled members with essential daily living needs in their homes and in accordance with their plan of care.
