Job summary

Cherokee Nation Home Health Service in Oklahoma is seeking a Part Time Personal Care Aide to assist elderly and/or disabled clients with essential daily living needs in their homes, in accordance with each plan of care, and at locations including Stilwell, Westville, and nearby areas. Responsibilities include helping with mobility, hygiene, meal support, and companionship while documenting care activities.

Must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license and insurance, complete a state personal care

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Have valid drivers license, auto insurance, and dependable transportation.
• Must have completed personal care training program and competency.
• Must have a smartphone or tablet and install the State required app for clocking in/out.
• Have a sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick and elderly.
• Ability to carry out directions, read and write.
• Maturity and ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job.
