Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CNA or CHHA to join our team as a Field Supervisor. The role involves overseeing field operations, supervising caregivers, and ensuring the delivery of quality care in accordance with policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate caregivers (CNA, PCA, HHA).
• Ensure care plans are properly implemented.
• Participate in developing treatment plans and policies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/HHA or PCA experience.
• Home Health Aide training, Adult Residential License, Direct Care worker certification, or CNA license.
• Good judgment, tact, and interest in caring for the elderly or frail.
• Flexibility, dependability, and cooperation.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred.
