Rocky Mountain Personal Care - Nevada LLC in Woods Cross, UT is seeking an Entry Level Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide compassionate companion care and assist residents with daily living activities. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adherence to safety protocols.

The position includes bathing, grooming, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and documenting care while following PPE and health guidelines. Part-time, on-site with a competitive $16.00-$19.00 hourly wage.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with the State of California (HCA).

Responsibilities

• Provide companion care.
• Bathing, Grooming, Toileting, Dressing, Meal preparation.
• Vacuum, Dust, Change linens, Fold/hang up clothes, Shopping.
• Notify authorized designee of any changes in client condition or plan of care.
• Arrive at client visits in a timely manner.
• Document and summarize services performed during shift.
• PPE provided or required.
• Temperature screenings.
• Social distancing guidelines in place.
• Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place.
• Provide kind and compassionate care to residents.
• Turn and reposition residents.
• Assist with daily living activities (getting in/out of bed, bathing, eating, dressing, bathroom, walking).
• Review dietary restrictions and preferences to ensure appropriate diet.
• Record food and liquid intake and output.
• Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.

Personal Care Aide Responsibilities include:

CNA Responsibilities will include:

• Provide kind and compassionate care to residents.
• Turn and reposition residents while they are in bed.
• Provide physical support to assist residents in performing daily living activities such as getting in/out of bed, bathing, eating, dressing, using the bathroom, standing, walking, or exercising.
• Review dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences to ensure the resident receives an appropriate diet.
• Record food and liquid intake and output as necessary.
• Reporting changes in resident condition to nursing staff.

• Must be registered with the State of California (HCA)
• Must possess clinical, organizational, and communication skills
