Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care Group in Woods Cross, UT is hiring Part-Time Personal Care Assistants (PCA) and CNAs. You will provide compassionate, patient-centered care including bathing, grooming, meal prep, mobility support, and daily living activities in a senior care setting.

Responsibilities also cover documentation, reporting changes to nursing staff, assisting with dietary needs, respecting privacy and safety protocols, and following CMS vaccination guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide companion care.
• Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, meal preparation.
• Perform tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, changing linens, folding/hanging clothes, shopping.
• Notify authorized designee of changes in client condition or plan of care.
• Arrive at client visits in a timely manner.
• Document and summarize services performed during shift.
• Personal protective equipment provided or required.
• Temperature screenings.
• Social distancing guidelines in place.
• Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place.
• Provide kind and compassionate care to residents.
• Turn and reposition residents in bed.
• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, eating, dressing, bathroom use, mobility).

Personal Care Aide Responsibilities include:

• Review dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences to ensure the resident receives an appropriate diet.
• Record food and liquid intake and output as necessary.
• Reporting changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
