One Senior Care is seeking a Personal Care Aide to provide compassionate care, companionship, and practical support to seniors in centers or their homes.
You will assist with activities of daily living, mobility, and safe transport, while maintaining flexible schedules to meet participant needs. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are essential.
Do you enjoy connecting with others and making people feel seen, valued, and cared for?
Are you someone who thrives in a steady, friendly, and team-focused environment?
If so, you may be the perfect fit for our One Senior Care family of businesses — including Buckeye PACE, LIFE-NWPA, Mountain View PACE, and PACE North.
As a Personal Care Aide, you'll bring kindness, patience, and consistency to every interaction. You'll provide personal care, companionship, and support to seniors — helping them live safely and comfortably, whether in our center or in their homes. Because participant needs can change throughout the day, this role requires flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to adjust schedules as needed while continuing to provide exceptional care.
A valid driver's license is an essential requirement of this position. The role includes regular travel throughout the service area, including travel to Participant homes and appointments as needed.
This position is ideal for someone who is caring, dependable, and enjoys meaningful, hands‑on work. You'll be part of a supportive care team in a calm, people-centered environment where collaboration, compassion, and growth come first.
Specific work hours will be established in consultation with your supervisor. While schedules are planned in advance whenever possible, participant care needs may occasionally require schedule adjustments, early start times, weekend rotations, or changes throughout the workday.
Everyone's journey is unique. Even if you haven't done it all, your dedication to learning and helping others is what counts. With our training, mentorship, and career development programs, we'll help you grow and succeed.
At One Senior Care, you'll be part of a compassionate team that makes a tangible difference in seniors' lives - working together to keep participants safe, healthy, connected, and at home. Every day is different. If you enjoy helping others, working as part of a supportive team, and adapting to meet the changing needs of seniors, you'll find meaningful work and opportunities to grow at One Senior Care.
One Senior Care is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of required background checks, health and safety screenings, and any clearances required for healthcare programs.
