If so, you may be the perfect fit for our One Senior Care family of businesses — including LIFE-NWPA, Mountain View PACE, and Buckeye PACE.

Job Summary

As a Personal Care Aide, you'll bring kindness, patience, and consistency to every interaction. You'll provide personal care, companionship, and support to seniors — helping them live safely and comfortably, whether in our center or in their homes. Because participant needs can change throughout the day, this role requires flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to adjust schedules as needed while continuing to provide exceptional care. This position is ideal for someone who is caring, dependable, and enjoys meaningful, hands‑on work. You'll be part of a supportive care team in a calm, people-centered environment where collaboration, compassion, and growth come first.

Compensation
  • $15.50 /hr. to start – $16.50 /hr. after 90 days
  • Mileage Reimbursement: Seventy cents per mile.
  • Eligible for Frontline Staff Incentive Plan, up to $900 paid quarterly.
Schedule

Specific work hours will be established in consultation with your supervisor. While schedules are planned in advance whenever possible, participant care needs may occasionally require schedule adjustments, early start times, weekend rotations, or changes throughout the workday.

Benefits
  • 9 Paid Holidays
  • PTO starting at 3 weeks + 1 day per year (accrued from date of hire for full‑time employees)
  • Medical, Dental, & Vision
  • Free Life and AD&D Insurance Plan
  • Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts
  • Short Term Disability Insurance
  • Group Voluntary Term Life Insurance for Employee, Spouses, and Dependents
  • Paid Parental Leave
  • Tuition Reimbursement and Paid Training Opportunities

  • Observe and report any changes in participant condition to the care team.
  • Document care and services accurately in Alaya Care.

  • Communicate promptly with scheduling staff and the interdisciplinary team regarding participant needs and schedule updates.
  • Provide transportation assistance to participant appointments, including dialysis and specialty appointments when assigned.
