Job summary

The Landmark Center (ALF) in Stuart, Virginia is seeking a Part Time Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to support residents with daily living activities, provide companionship, and help maintain a safe living environment. Shifts run 7am–7pm and 7pm–7am, with a pay range of $14.00 to $16.01 per hour plus shift differentials where applicable.

Qualifications include a valid PCA or Nurse Aide certificate and current CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid PCA certificate or Nurse Aide (NA) certificate.
• Must have current CPR certification.
• Previous healthcare or senior living experience preferred.
• Compassionate, reliable, and team oriented.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff.
• Support residents with meals, light housekeeping, and social activities.
