Job summary

Springfield Senior Living Center on Wyndmoor Hills Campus is seeking a Personal Care Aide (PCA) to join our team. No certification or experience required, with new wages announced.

The PCA will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, remind about medications, and accompany clients to appointments. Must pass background/TB screenings and have a valid driver's license. CPR & First Aid preferred.

Qualifications

• CPR & First Aid certifications (preferred).
• Background screening, TB screening and physical required.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Care-giving experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Accompany clients to appointments.

• Medication reminders
• Companionship care and providing emotional support by listening to clients and providing appropriate responses
• Accompanies client(s) to appointments

REQUIREMENTS OF PCA:

• Current CPR & First Aid certifications-prefered
• Must be able to successfully pass a background screening, TB screening and Physical
• Must have a valid Driver's License and possess reliable transportation
• Care-giving experience-prefered not required
