We are looking for Personal Care Aides PCAs to join our team at Morningside House of Spotsylvania, a leading memory care community in Fredericksburg, VA.

Available Shifts:

• Full-time: 6PM-6AM - Overnight shift
• Part-time: 6PM-6AM - Overnight shift
• Weekends only: 6AM-6PM / 6AM-2PM - Day shift
• PRN: 6AM-6PM / 6AM-2PM - Day shift
• PRN: 2PM-10PM shift

Personal Care Aide PCA - Essential Functions:

• Assists with resident care needs and comforts.
• Assists or gives oral hygiene and mouth care.
• Assists with bathing functions and dressing/undressing as necessary. Records anomalies (i.e. bruises, cuts, rashes, swelling, etc.)
• Assists with nail care, shaving and hair care.
• Assists with lifting, turning, positioning and transporting residents.
• Makes both occupied and unoccupied bed (as assigned).
• Checks residents frequently to assure that their personal care needs are being met.
• Adheres to all policies and procedures of Morningside Elite Management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Personal Care Aide PCA - Requirements:

• A High School Diploma or General Education Degree; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Requires a Personal Care Aide PCA certification.
