Job Responsibilities for Personal Care Aides (PCAs):

• Activities of daily living
• Range of motion exercises
• Transfers and use of mechanical lifting devices
• Home management tasks such as laundry, meal prep, and bed making
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication assistance
