Towson in Grove City, PA is seeking a Personal Care Aide / Med Tech for on-site, part-time work (16-24 hours/week) in Grove City. You will provide daily living support, assist with medications, and monitor resident health while collaborating with the nursing team.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and a willingness to complete medication administration training. Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required, and reliability is essential for this role.

The role

We're looking for a Personal Care Aide / Med Tech to join our team in Grove City, PA. You'll provide hands-on daily support and medication assistance to residents who rely on consistent, compassionate care. This isn't a background role - the people you work with will know your name, and your presence makes a real difference in their day.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Administer medications accurately and on schedule, following established protocols
• Monitor and document resident health status, changes in condition, and any incidents
• Support residents with meal preparation and feeding assistance as needed
• Communicate regularly with nursing staff and supervisors about resident needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment
• Build genuine relationships with residents and treat them with dignity and respect

About you

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior experience as a personal care aide, CNA, or in a similar caregiving role preferred, but not required
• Willingness to complete medication administration training upon hire (paid training)
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record

Nice to have

• Experience working in assisted living, memory care, or group home settings
• CPR/First Aid certification
