Job summary

Nabi Home Healthcare Inc. is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Assistant/ Nurse Aide/ Certified Nurse Aide to join our home care team.

You will provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents, support ADLs, monitor medications as needed, and help develop individualized care plans to improve quality of life. Join our team to work in a nurturing environment with flexible hours, ongoing training, and bi-weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Ability to assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal prep.
• First aid & CPR basic knowledge is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with diverse populations.
• Excellent communication with residents, families, and staff.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized care to the client.
• Assist with ADLs and meal preparation.
• Assist with monitoring medications as required.
• Maintain safety protocols and a clean living environment.
• Document client care activities using EVV systems.
• Communicate between residents and families about care plans.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistant/ Nurse Aide/ Certified Nurse Aide to join our team in providing exceptional care to our residents. The ideal candidate will have experience in senior care and a passion for enhancing the quality of life. As a PCA/NA/CNA, you will oversee operations, support, and ensure the clients receive the highest standard of care in a safe and nurturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized care to the client
• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Assist with monitoring medications as required
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean living environment
• Document client care activities using EVV systems accurately
• Communication between residents, and families regarding care plans and clients needs
• Contribute to the development of individualized care plans
• Drive clients to appointments or community activities as needed

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with personal care home operations and home & community care experience is advantageous
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
• First aid & CPR basic knowledge is required
• Ability to perform cleaning duties as part of maintaining a safe environment for residents
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
