The role emphasizes assisting with ADLs, medication monitoring, safe home environments, EVV documentation, and coordinating with families on care plans. Flexible hours and ongoing training available.

Formación

• Familiarity with personal care home operations and home & community care experience is advantageous
• First aid and CPR knowledge is required
• Ability to perform cleaning duties to maintain a safe resident environment

Responsabilidades

• Deliver personalized care to the client

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistant/ Nurse Aide/ Certified Nurse Aide to join our team in providing exceptional care to our residents. The ideal candidate will have experience in senior care and a passion for enhancing the quality of life. As a PCA/NA/CNA, you will oversee operations, support, and ensure the clients receive the highest standard of care in a safe and nurturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized care to the client
• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Assist with monitoring medications as required
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean living environment

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
• First aid & CPR basic knowledge is required
• Ability to perform cleaning duties as part of maintaining a safe environment for residents
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
