Vinson Hall, a premier retirement community in McLean, VA, seeks a Personal Care Aide (PRN) to provide compassionate in-home or facility-based personal care. Base pay is competitive and aligns with state requirements, with flexible scheduling to fit your availability.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years of personal care giving, companion, homemaking, residential cleaning and / or laundry services experience preferred or equivalent experience.
• Must have successfully completed a state approved 40-hour personal care aide training program (PCA) or has successfully completed a state approved Certified Nurse Aide program and is awaiting licensure.
• Must have current PCA training certificate or a certificate of successful completion from a state approved Certified Nurse Aide program on file.
• Must have a valid CPR / BLS card.
