Job summary

Care Planning Institute, Inc. seeks a Personal Care Aide to assist an elderly male Veteran in Shingleton, MI, helping with bathing, dressing, grooming, and walking to maintain independence at home.

This long-term, 11-hour-per-week position offers pay at 22 dollars per hour ($18 base + $4 bonus). Training is provided; a TB skin test and background check are required; scheduling is flexible but fixed once agreed.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver is required.
• Background check will be performed.
• TB skin test required if not recently taken.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and walking to help the client stay independent at home.
• Support daily activities and ensure safety for the elderly veteran in the home.
