Care Planning Institute, Inc in Skokie, IL is seeking a Personal Care Aide to assist an elderly male Veteran at home. The role involves helping with bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility to support independence.

This is a long-term, part-time position at 10-15 hours per week. The hourly rate is $25 total ($21 base + $4 bonus) and shifts must be kept once agreed. Training is provided and a background check will be performed.

TB skin test required; reimbursement options available.

Formación

• Experience as a caregiver is required.
• We can train on the specifics of the job.
• Background check will be performed.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and walking to help the client stay independent at home.
• Support daily activities per the care plan and note changes to the supervisor.
• Follow safety procedures and document care provided.
