Calvary Street Property Management is seeking a Personal Care Aide responsible for providing safe, compassionate care and ensuring residents' well-being through excellent communication and teamwork.

The role requires understanding and commitment to the community's principles and values. A caring nature and willingness to serve the elderly are essential.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with all resident care needs
2. Maintaining confidentiality of residents and staff information
3. Notifying the Nurse on duty, Director of Nursing, or Executive Director of any changes in resident condition
4. Assisting in dining rooms during meals, including setup, taking orders, serving, and clearing tables
5. Helping residents participate in activities and coordinating transportation to scheduled appointments
6. Preparing residents for appointments and escorting them to the lobby
7. Monitoring for changes in health status and reporting promptly to nursing staff
8. Taking accurate vital signs and weights
9. Assisting with care needs, including lifting up to 40 pounds
10. Maintaining current First Aid and CPR certifications
11. Participating in mandatory training sessions and meetings
12. Performing additional duties as assigned by supervisors
