Interim HealthCare Inc. seeks a compassionate Personal Care Aide to support clients with daily hygiene, nutrition, mobility, and emotional comfort, delivering dignity and high-quality care in home and community settings.

You’ll join a team that values integrity and patient-centered service, with flexible scheduling options for FT, PT, or PRN roles and a daily pay option. You’ll assist with bathing, grooming, meal prep, light housekeeping, and transportation coordination, while communicating

Qualifications

• Six months of verifiable experience in assisting patients in personal care.
• Attention to detail; able to follow instructions and document notes.
• Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work location.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.

Responsabilités

• Assist patients with daily hygiene activities (bathing, grooming, toileting) and nutritional intake.
• Help with daily living tasks such as light housekeeping, shopping, meal prep, and errands.
• Provide companionship and conversation to support emotional well-being.
• Help patient navigate healthcare by scheduling appointments and communicating needs to the nursing team when appropriate.

As a Personal Care Aide, you will:

• Assist patients with daily hygiene activities, such bathing, grooming, toileting and elimination, and nutritional intake.
• Help patients with daily living deeds, such as, light housekeeping, shopping, preparing meals, and grocery shopping
• Provide companionship and conversation; even the smallest interaction means a lot
• Help the patient navigate the healthcare system by scheduling appointments and communicating needs to our nursing team, when appropriate

To qualify for a Personal Care Aide with us, you will need:

• One 6 months of verifiable experience in assisting patients in personal care
• Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition.
• Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work location
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
