Porters Neck Village in Wilmington, NC is seeking compassionate PRN Personal Care Aides to provide high-quality, one-on-one care in residents' homes. This role emphasizes meaningful connections over task-based work.

As a PRN PCA, you’ll work overnight and afternoon/evening shifts, with 12-hour or 6–8-hour options. Requirements include CPR certification, HS diploma or GED, 1 year caregiving preferred, valid driver's license, and comfort around pets.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• 1 year of caregiving experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Comfort working in homes with pets.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming and more.
• Support mealtimes and encourage nutrition and independence.
• Monitor and record vital signs and other health indicators.
• Communicate with families and team members to ensure excellent care.
• Engage residents through activities and companionship.
• Respond quickly and confidently in emergency situations.

Pay: $15.00 per hour | PRN

We are seeking compassionate and dependable PRN Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to join our team and provide exceptional care and support to our residents.

PRN Shift Availability

• Overnight shifts: 12-hour shifts
• Afternoon/Evening shifts: 6–8-hour shifts

This is a PRN (as-needed) position, and hours will vary based on scheduling and coverage needs.

What You'll Do

What You Bring
