Job summary

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate Personal Care Aides to join our team in Westbloomfield, MI. You will provide essential support and assistance to clients, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life with daily personal care and companionship.

The role includes assisting with daily activities, mobility support, companionship, and following care plans. We welcome flexible shifts and value reliability and empathy in our team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in personal care or home health care preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and show empathy towards clients.
• Reliable transportation to and from client locations.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
