University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Personal Care Aides in Casco, MI. In this role, you will provide essential support to clients in their daily living activities, helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life.

This position offers competitive compensation, with pay ranging from $14.00 to $19.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Personal Care Aide or in a similar caregiving role is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to undergo background checks.
• Flexible availability, including potential evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Maintain client confidentiality and follow company policies and procedures.
