Caremed - Chesterfield is looking for dedicated Personal Care Aides to provide in-home support to seniors in Chesterfield, Henrico, and surrounding areas. This role offers flexible scheduling and competitive compensation.

The ideal candidate must have a PCA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant certification, and will assist clients with personal care tasks while fostering meaningful relationships. Caremed values dependable and compassionate caregivers.

Qualifications

• Current PCA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant certification required.
• Prior caregiving or home care experience preferred.
• Dependable transportation with good attendance.

Pay Range : $12.77 - $16.50 per hour

Caremed Inc. is seeking dependable and compassionate caregivers to provide quality in-home support to seniors and individuals needing assistance throughout Chesterfield, Henrico, Powhatan Counties & the Cities of Richmond, Hopewell, Colonial Heights, and Petersburg.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Providing mobility and transfer support
• Helping with toileting and personal hygiene
• Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when needed
• Performing light housekeeping and laundry
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Providing medication reminders
• Following individualized care plans
• Completing required visit documentation

Requirements

• Current PCA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant certification
• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
• Dependable transportation & attendance
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
