Job summary

The Cambridge Assisted Living & Memory Care in Smyrna, GA is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Aide to provide supportive care to our residents. This role focuses on daily living activities to promote independence, safety, and comfort in a respectful environment.

Shifts include 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Previous care experience preferred; strong communication and confidentiality are essential. Competitive pay and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in personal care or related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting and supporting clients.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
