Job summary

CareRing Health, LLC is seeking a Personal Care Aide to support patients at home, under RN supervision, providing daily living assistance with compassion and quality care.

You will help with ADLs, foster companionship, and monitor patient wellbeing while documenting care and communicating with the care team. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Previous experience working with elderly individuals in a residential, long-term care, or home health setting preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered mindset.
• Strong communication and observation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, and mobility.
• Engage patients in meaningful conversation, companionship, and social interaction.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and requests for care.
• Observe and report changes in physical, emotional, or mental condition to a licensed nurse.
• Complete required documentation, including incident reports and change-of-condition reports.
• Prepare and serve meals; assist with eating (excluding tube feeding).
• Support self-administration of medications as directed.
• Change bed linens and maintain a clean, safe living environment.
