Job summary

Axcess Healthcare Services is seeking a Personal Care Aide to provide in-home support for an adult client with special needs in North Charleston, SC. The role focuses on supervision, personal care, and daily assistance to promote safety, independence, and well-being while easing family concerns.

You will contribute to bathing, dressing, hygiene, meal prep, and light housekeeping, ensuring compassionate, respectful care in the client’s home.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Physically able to assist an adult with special needs.
• Valid driver’s license and insured transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervision and safety monitoring.
• Bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Toileting and incontinence care.
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance.
• Assistance with daily living activities and routines.

We partner withCommunity Long Term Careand theDepartment of Disabilities and Special Needs (DDSN)to provide aide services to eligible clients. We arehiring formultiple clients throughout the state.

Duties May Include:

Location: North Charleston, SC
Schedule: Momdays-Fridays 4:30pm-8:30pm & Saturdays/Sundays 1:00pm-6:00pm
