About Axcess

Axcess is a home care provider serving individuals with special needs and disabilities across South Carolina. We partner with Community Long Term Care and the Department of Disabilities and Special Needs (DDSN) to provide aide services to eligible clients. We are hiring from multiple clients throughout the state.

Duties May Include

• Supervision and safety monitoring
• Bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Toileting and incontinence care
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance
• Assistance with daily living activities and routines
• Light housekeeping related to the client’s care
