Interim HealthCare of North Central Pennsylvania seeks a Personal Care Aide (PCA)/Caregiver in Milton to support seniors at home. You will perform personal care, daily living activities and companionship, enabling clients to live safely and with dignity.

The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered service and flexibility in scheduling. Benefits include pay based on experience, 1:1 client ratios, online training, tuition discounts, and comprehensive health/dental/vision plus 401(k)

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent and PA HCA registration.
• Six months of healthcare experience preferred.
• CPR certification.
• Valid PA driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and provide compassionate care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide the personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation and companionship.
• Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders, document their condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns.
• Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways.
• Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies.

As a Personal Care Aide/Caregiver, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:

A few must-haves for Personal Care Aides/Caregivers:

• Six (6) months of experience in a healthcare role, preferred
• CPR certification
• Valid PA driver’s license, auto insurance and transportation
• Compassionate and helping nature, good communicator and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
