Job summary

Appalachian Regional Healthcare (ARH) is seeking a Personal Care Assistant to observe patients and provide assistance in personal care during assigned shifts at our Kentucky facilities. Qualifications

Training

• Successful completion of all State, Federal, ARH, or accreditation mandated training programs as they become available.

Experience

Required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities

• Ability to successfully complete required regulatory, accreditation, and organizational training programs.
• Ability to learn and apply departmental policies, procedures, and job responsibilities within the required training period.
• Ability to maintain compliance with State, Federal, ARH, and accreditation standards.
• Ability to perform assigned duties accurately and efficiently after completion of training.
