Job summary

Angels Among Us in Northwest Indiana is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical support in clients' homes, helping seniors and adults with disabilities remain safely and comfortably cared for.

As a Caregiver / Personal Care Aide, you will assist with daily living activities, offer companionship, and support mobility and routine while upholding dignity and respect; flexible per diem scheduling and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving within the last three years (professional or personal).
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Valid Driver’s License and Social Security card.

Responsibilities

• Personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance.
• Light homemaking such as housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and social engagement to clients.
• Provide medication reminders (non-administration).
• Monitor safety and document observations.
• Assist with mobility and daily routines.
