Job summary

HCE Careers seeks a Personal Care Aide (PCA) to provide hands-on daily living support in Fort Worth. The role offers full-time and part-time options with flexible shifts to fit your schedule.

You will deliver respectful personal care, assist with mobility, prepare simple meals, and help with light housekeeping and errands. Strong communication and reliability are essential to keep clients safe and supported.

Qualifications

• 1 year prior experience as a PCA, caregiver, HHA, or CNA
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and follow infection-control and safety protocols
• Friendly, clear communicator who respects client dignity and confidentiality
• Dependable and detail-oriented with strong observation skills

Responsibilities

• Provide respectful assistance with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and safe transfers
• Guide mobility and assist with walker/wheelchair use and ROM routines
• Plan and prepare simple, balanced meals and monitor hydration
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and fall-prevention checks
• Offer companionship through conversations, games, and escorted outings
• Drive or accompany clients to appointments, groceries, and community activities

• Personal Care Excellence – Provide respectful assistance with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and safe transfers.
