Job summary

Community Home Health Care is seeking Personal Care Aides (PCA or HHA) to join our team in the Troy, NY area. We offer paid PCA certificate training and in-person or hybrid training options for flexible scheduling. Must be 18+, able to work in the U.S., with no prior experience required.

We provide weekly pay, orientation, health insurance, and various benefit programs. Training is available at our Monticello office with travel as needed. Office locations include Troy and Albany.

• Light housekeeping: meal preparation, shopping, laundry.

• Paid PCA Certificate Training* (5–6 business days).

*To be eligible for paid training, trainees must reside in Sullivan County and be able to travel to our Monticello office for classes.

• NEW! In-person or Hybrid PCA training available!* Hybrid training will be 2 days in person and the rest will be taken from home, offering great flexibility!
