Job summary

Community Home Health Care seeks Personal Care Aides (PCA or HHA) to join our Albany County, NY area team. We offer FREE PCA certification training for the right candidate and no prior experience is required. Join a supportive team with flexible shifts, bilingual opportunities, and stability.

Caregivers assist with light housekeeping, personal hygiene, social activities, and monitoring vital signs. We provide weekly pay, health insurance, paid orientation, and ongoing in-service training to help

Qualifications

• No experience required; must have compassion and a desire to help others.
• Candidate must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Free PCA certification training offered to the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Light housekeeping such as meal preparation, shopping, and laundry.
• Assist with personal hygiene including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Provide social interaction through games, reading, and conversation.
