Work part‑time, days, evenings, weekends, or even overnights. Provide personal one‑on‑one care to the client. Ongoing need to fill this role.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license, working vehicle, commuting required, and current, up‑to‑date insurance
• Must adhere to plans of care for the client
• Must have flexibility with schedules per client needs
• One year of in‑home caregiver experience preferred
• Must have good communication skills and active listening between clients/families and staff
• Must be able to remain calm in emergent situations and inform staff of any changes to client status
• Pass background and drug screening
• No CNA license required

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility
• Medication reminders
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
• Prepare light meals according to dietary restrictions
• Transportation to and from shops, pharmacy or appointments
• Perform light housekeeping duties for the client
• Be a pleasant, engaging, and supportive companion

Skills

• One year of proven experience as an in‑home caregiver (preferred)
• Knowledge and demonstration of DME such as hoyer lift, wheelchairs, transfer bench, walker (training available)
• Excellent knowledge of emergency response, CPR preferred
• Knowledge of housekeeping activities
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
• Respectful and compassionate
• Good time management skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour.
