Job summary

PC Home Health is seeking dedicated caregivers to join our team as Personal Care Aide. You will provide compassionate personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily activities in clients' homes.

Use mobility equipment such as Hoyer lifts as needed, communicate effectively with clients and families, and document care and report changes promptly. Previous caregiving experience is required, with on-call responsibilities and reliable attendance emphasized.
