Vista Bank in Texas is seeking a Teller to deliver friendly, accurate service by handling routine transactions, balancing cash drawers, and supporting colleagues with a steady, process-driven approach.
In this role you will educate clients on banking products and digital tools, work within established policies, and contribute to branch sales and service goals. The position offers a stable schedule and comprehensive benefits.
As a Teller, you will have an opportunity to meet and provide exceptional service to a diverse audience. This will include responsibility for a variety of tasks including performing routine, transactional, operational and client support tasks. Additionally, you will work towards individual and banking center specific sales and service goals. Tellers are expected to always balance their cash drawers, assist other departments as needed, build a great rapport with clients and fellow associates, while treating others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position.
This role is eligible to participate in a scorecard-based incentive plan, which can significantly increase overall compensation. Incentives are earned monthly based on the associate’s performance against defined metrics as outlined in the scorecard.
