Job summary

Busey is seeking a Relationship Banker in Urbana, IL to combine teller duties with relationship-building. You will assist customers with accounts, transactions, and product referrals while delivering personalized service and ensuring accurate cash handling.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, risk awareness, and teamwork to support branch operations and customer success. A high school diploma and banking/sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma.
• Requires previous banking and/or sales experience.
• Pursuant to the SAFE Act, NMLS registration may be required for lending roles.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, delivering exceptional service and building relationships.
• Promote and cross-sell bank products and refer to other lines of business as appropriate.
• Open and manage accounts and assist with maintenance and transfers.
• Process transactions with accuracy and balance cash drawer.
• Adhere to bank policies and protect customer data.
