The role requires 2-3 years of experience, a relevant post-secondary degree, and the ability to navigate lending products, digital channels, and risk/compliance frameworks while maintaining strong client connections.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree desirable.
• Canada only: registration to sell investment products as appropriate.
• Lending qualifications and designations.
• Experience in financial services is an asset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide needs-based assessments to grow loyalty and opportunities.
• Advise on financial solutions across banking, lending, and investments.
• Promote digital and self-serve options to customers.
• Engage customers to build relationships and cross-sell.
