Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience or certification in related field (or equivalent education/experience).
• Experience with social media, tablets, smartphones, and online tools.
• Experience in a consultative customer service or sales role.
• Strong interpersonal, listening, and communication skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and suggest financial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with BMO partners to identify referral opportunities that grow the customer’s relationship with BMO beyond personal banking.
• Welcomes customers and guides them to use digital and self-serve options for easy, fast banking.
• Conducts client conversations about banking services and channels to provide strategic advice.
• Meets customer transaction-based needs with seamless execution.
• Reviews customer profiles and engages customers in needs-based conversations to address banking needs.
• Supports branch operations and risk/compliance processes.
• May work at multiple branches or through various channels; shifts may vary.
