Qualifications

• Confident and experienced in the use of social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools, and applications.
• Some experience in a consultative customer service or sales role, with a drive to deliver a personal customer experience.
• Basic knowledge of specialized banking solutions to refer to specialists.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in the branch lobby and guide them to digital and self-serve options.
• Collaborate with partners to identify referral opportunities and grow customer relationships.
• Provide personal banking and investment guidance and discuss banking channels with customers.
• Meet transaction-based needs with seamless execution and accurate processing.
• Review customer profiles to identify needs and opportunities for everyday banking and credit cards.
• Support branch operations and risk/compliance processes to safeguard assets.
