Job summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking a customer-focused lobby leader in the United States (Wisconsin) to deliver exceptional service, advise on banking and investment options, and guide customers toward digital and self-serve channels.

You will work within a collaborative branch team to identify referrals, address everyday banking needs, and support branch operations while maintaining regulatory and risk standards.

Qualifications

• Typical experience: 1–2 years in a related field or equivalent education
• Confident with social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools, and apps
• Strong consultative sales and client-service mindset

Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide customers in the branch lobby and promote digital/self-serve options
• Identify customer needs and advise on personal banking and investment services
• Collaborate with BMO partners to identify referrals and expand customer relationships
• Conduct needs-based conversations to address everyday banking and credit card needs
• Support branch operations including account applications and follow-up
• Contribute to achieving branch business results and customer experience goals
