BMO Financial Group is seeking a Lobby Leader in Wisconsin (West Allis) to deliver exceptional customer service and advise on banking solutions. You will work within the branch and with partners to drive referrals and improve the customer experience, guiding customers to digital options and personal banking solutions.

The role emphasizes needs-based conversations, collaboration, and adherence to risk/compliance policies while contributing to branch goals.

Qualificações

• Typically between 1–2 years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field of study desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Canada only: Registration to sell investment products completed or in progress (must be completed within 12 months) - as appropriate for the jurisdiction.
• Confident and experienced in the use of social media, tablets, Smart phones, online tools, and applications.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects; identifies customer needs and provides guidance on financial solutions.
• Collaborates with BMO partners to identify referral opportunities and grow the customer relationship.
• Guides customers on banking channels and self-serve options to make banking easy and fast.
• Contributes to meeting branch business results and customer experience; supports operational activities and risk/compliance processes.
