Job summary

Responsibilities

• Represents the Bank to customers with courteous, professional service.
• Receives checks and cash for deposits; verifies amounts and processes transactions.
• Cashes checks and pays money from deposits, verifies signatures, and explains penalties.
• Processes loan payments and ensures accurate collection of due amounts.
• Cross-sells Bank products to meet branch and individual targets.
• Assists customers with direct deposits, online and mobile banking, and digital services.
• Opens and closes customer accounts.
• Balances daily transactions and assists tellers as needed.
