Job summary

NBH Bank is seeking a Banking Center Manager to lead a sales-driven branch team and deliver exceptional service to a diverse banking clientele in a fast-paced environment.

You will train and coach a sales-focused group, drive deposits and treasury management solutions, and actively participate in community outreach. A strong emphasis on compliance, relationship-building, and operational excellence will be essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; further education preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is advantageous for advancement.
• 1+ years banking experience with external business development is desired.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends for special events.

As a Banking Center Manager, you will:

As Banking Center Manager, you will have an opportunity to meet and provide exceptional service to a diverse audience.

This will include responsibility for a variety of tasks including training and coaching a successful sales team in the pursuit of small business and consumer clients for the bank while acting as a key point of contact for clients. You will have responsibility for you and your team to achieve specific sales and service goals by providing a full range of business banking services to clients with an emphasis on deposit, treasury management, and digital solutions. You will actively participate and represent our Bank in the community, driving various banking center initiatives with business clients. You will be responsible for demonstrating a strong knowledge of diverse deposit products and services. Additionally, Banking Center Managers are expected to assist other departments as needed, build a great rapport with clients and fellow associates, while treating others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position.

All associates are expected to maintain current knowledge and consistent compliance with regulations, bank policies, procedures, safety and operation guideline requirements related to the position, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate degree or equivalent; equivalent experience considered
• 1+ years banking experience with external business development
• Driving is required with this position. Applicants must have a valid driver's license (may not be learner’s, restricted or “to and from work” license) and driving history that meets the Bank’s driver standards. This information will be verified in a Motor Vehicle Report.

Incentive and Benefits:

This role is eligible to participate in a scorecard-based incentive plan, which can significantly increase your overall compensation. Incentives are earned quarterly based on the associate’s performance against the defined metrics as outlined in the score card.
