Job summary

Bank of Montreal in California is seeking a part-time lobby leader to deliver exceptional service to customers and prospects. You will identify needs and offer guidance on financial solutions, including digital self-serve channels, to ensure a fast, easy banking experience.

You will collaborate with branch teammates and BMO partners to grow customer relationships, discuss personal banking and investment options, and support compliant operations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in retail banking or related field.
• Canada only: Registration to sell investment products completed or in progress (must be completed within 12 months).
• Confident using social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools and applications.
• Some experience in a consultative customer service or sales role, with a drive to deliver a personal customer experience.
• Basic knowledge of specialized sales and business banking solutions to refer to specialists.
