Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service or sales (desirable).
• Confident and experienced in using social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools, and applications.
• Basic knowledge of specialized sales and business banking solutions to refer to specialists.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to customers and prospects, identifying needs and guiding financial solutions.
• Collaborate with branch and BMO partners to deliver a superior customer experience and grow the relationship.
• Guide customers to digital and self-serve options for a quick, easy banking experience.
• Conduct client conversations about banking services and provide personal banking and investment advice as appropriate.
• Support branch operations and follow risk and compliance processes to protect customer assets.
