A leading bank in Woburn, Massachusetts is seeking a Personal Banker to manage customer inquiries and transactions. This role combines customer service with bank operations, ensuring compliance with policies while meeting sales goals. Ideal candidates will have experience in branch banking and excellent communication skills.
This position is a combination of the more traditional Customer Service Representative and Assistant Branch Manager positions. The Personal Banker will handle all customer sales and service inquiries, including but not limited to, Teller transactions, new account openings, existing customer servicing needs, and problem resolution. The Personal Banker works to present customers with banking solutions to meet their needs, while ensuring every transaction is completed in accordance with bank policy and regulatory requirements.
