Position Overview

As a Branch Banker, you will strengthen customer relationships with a defined sales process. You will spend most of your time engaging customers in sales conversations to identify appropriate financial solutions. This position, within PNC's Retail Branch Banking Network, is based in Round Rock, TX at the University Commons branch. Bilingual Spanish is preferred.

Job Responsibilities

1. Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience and collaborating with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet.
2. Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including calling, service to sales, teller interactions, and lobby engagement, to elevate client loyalty and identify PNC solutions.
3. Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet by providing a differentiated customer experience, educating customers on managing financial transactions with technology, and leveraging community partnerships.
4. Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer issues effectively, enhancing customer loyalty.
5. Manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment, and participating in branch operations.
