As a Branch Banker within PNC's Retail Banking organization, based in Houston, TX at the River Oaks branch, bilingual Spanish is preferred.

Job Description

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve their financial wellbeing. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet. Position PNC solutions to generate new revenue and customer loyalty.
• Drive proactive sales through internal and outbound interactions, including calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement. Deliver comprehensive PNC conversations to identify suitable solutions. Leverage community partnerships to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
• Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through differentiated experiences. Engage with customers in the lobby and educate them on managing transactions using technology and resources.
• Use product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer issues effectively, fostering loyalty.
• Manage risk by adhering to policies and demonstrating sound judgment. Participate in daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications
