Responsibilities

• Handle business credit requests under $250K and refer larger opportunities
• Cross-sell treasury and related small business products
• Build referral opportunities through COIs and MGM program
• Assist in growing small business clients and apply sales plans
• Deliver client services via outbound and inbound calls to deepen relationships
• Coach branch staff on products and programs and provide referrals
• Educate clients on services and digital channels, present offers
